Carriers & Shipping Policy

We Trade Box LLC are a customer oriented company, who believes in customer satisfaction in order to deliver the fastest means we can. We at Trade Box LLC  offers free shipping to its customers irrespective of the price of the product. On every order placed the shipping is free except Hawaii and Alaska due to the method not provided by the carrier.
Trade Box LLC ships only NEW products from our warehouses throughout the United States using major common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS etc.
We process the orders as soon as we receive it and ship from warehouses, the very same day, if the order is received later the day than it gets processed first thing, the next business day.
It usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver the product as per the ecommerce companies across the country, but our customers are lucky to receive the shipment within 2-3 business days, reason being our warehouses scattered across United States.
We Trade Box LLC give special attention to expedited orders understanding the urgency of our customers; we have all the expedited shipping options available like next day air, second day air and third day through our versatile carriers.

Note:
After shipping out the order from our warehouse, any change in the address will incur $10 to the customer within the same state. Additional fees will be charged in case of other states depending upon the carrier charges respectively.
We do not ship to these specific locations or addresses such as Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates (Puerto Rico), APO/FPO, PO Box addresses. Delivery times are subject to the ability of our couriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS and others) to fulfill their delivery schedules.
Trade Box LLC will not be liable for packages that weren’t delivered on time because of mishaps or unavoidable delays by our couriers.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Trade Box LLC is a customer oriented company; we would always look at the challenges from the customer’s point of view in order to make a satisfactory deal for our buyers.

Return Policy:

Trade Box LLC has a 30 days return policy from the original invoice date.
Return request can be sent on business.tradebox@gmail.com or customer may call on Trade Box LLC Support Number. Customers can initiate the return request within 10 days of item delivered. If the item is damaged or defective one must initiate the return request within 2 business days.
Return request will be reviewed, if required it will be consulted by the warehouse/vendor.
After an approval of the return request RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) will be issued, which allows a customer to dispatch the item. All items are to be returned back in original manufacturer’s packaging with warranty cards, user manuals, accessories and any other material included in the original packaging.
All product returns are subject to an industry standard 15% restocking fee.
Restocking fees will not be deducted for the items returned unopened, only the actual shipping cost will be deducted.
Product returns result in unavoidable shipping costs paid to freight carriers and restocking or handling fees charged by the manufacturer. These charges provide no benefit to Trade Box LLC however shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not process replacements, but only process credits in accordance with above policies.
For orders outside of our return policy, please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims and /or repair/replacement. Manufacturers do not allow us to accept merchandise that is over 30 days old, and require for the customer to register with them. Any returns received that do not comply with the above policies will be subject to a 20% to 50 % restocking fee or returned to the customer.
All return requests are subject to approval for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); returns shipped without RMA will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

Trade Box LLC believes in customer satisfaction however we process the refunds in the easiest and quickest way.

• Usually refunds are processed in these scenarios like:

      1. If the customer wants to cancel the order before it is shipped.
      2. If the carrier is unable to deliver the item.
      3. If customer wish to return the item in accordance to our return policy.

Trade Box LLC  processes the refund as soon as the item is arrived in the warehouse, and the same reflects in the customer’s account within 24 hours.
Refund gets declined when the item received differs as per the stated RMA email or when the package is missing the order ID.

Cancellation Policy:

Trade Box LLC ensures that your item should get timely delivered to you, however we instantly move the placed order to the processing department to ship it as soon as possible. If you would want to cancel your orders immediately after you have placed it. Please call us on our displayed number on the website to see if it can be cancelled.
Once we cancel the order as per your request, the amount you have paid to make the purchase reimburses into your account within next 24 hours.
